"Meersalz was an absolute gem! This was my first visit, but it certainly won’t be my last. The owners have transformed this historic location into a sophisticated and stylish space. There is a fine outdoor area as well in the back. The restaurant offers a unique fusion of seafood dishes, with some vegetarian options available, that truly highlight the quality of the ingredients. I particularly enjoyed the fish platter, Scholle fish, prawns, and spaghetti nero. Every bite was a delight! The generous portions and impeccable service completed the wonderful dining experience."

"Located at the heart of Lübeck. It has the old fashion interior of Lübeck but service is excellent. Though the price is a little high, you'll have a freshly made dish on your table. For a big guys such as my husband, the serving is a little bit too little. But me personally, I was full and very satisfied with my food."
